Before I was in real estate, I spent 15 years as a social worker, helping families through some of life’s hardest transitions. That background taught me how to connect quickly, listen well, and earn trust fast.
Turns out, those same skills are what make a great real estate agent.
Seven years into this business, nearly 80% of my closings now come from repeat clients and referrals. Some of those relationships started at open houses during my very first year and have turned into multiple deals over time. Why? Because I focused on connection over perfection, implemented AI to improve my operations and productivity, and learned how to follow up in a way that builds trust and keeps business coming back.
I’ve also led from the other side of the table, running a high-producing team, mentoring agents at all levels, and serving as a regional recruiter for a national platform. That role gave me a front-row seat to what the most successful agents and teams are doing across the country.
